RYA PERSONAL WATERDRAFT COURSE

(Jetski Proficiency)

Provides a practical introduction to launch / recovery, handling skills, passage planning and decision making, high and low speed riding skills, essential safety information, collision avoidance and orientation at sea. 

Preferably bring your own jetski if you have 1

Hire cost of shared ski is £65 per day.

Subject to availability.​​​​

Minimum age is 12 years old

1 day course £245 per person

(excluding ski hire) & min 2 people

£310pp including ski hire min 2 people

or £485 for 1:1 or personal tuition including ski hire - call us for dates.

RYA POWERBOAT LEVEL 1

 

Provides a practical introduction to boat handling and safety in powerboats. It covers boating techniques for launching and recovering a boat from a road trailer, everyday boat handling and the use of safety equipment and basic theory.

Minimum age is 8 years old

1 day course £250 per person

Minimum 2 people

RYA 1:1 DIRECT ASSESSMENT 

on your Vessel

As per the Powerboat Level 2 for experienced power boaters on your own boat. Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.

Low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations.

Minimum age is 12 years

1 day assessment £480 (1:1 course)

RYA POWERBOAT LEVEL 2

Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence. It aims to teach boat handling and seamanship in powerboats. It focuses on low speed close quarters handling, man overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and collision regulations.

Minimum age is 12 years old

2 day course £345 per person

Minimum 2 people

£590 for 1:1 or personal tuition (2 days)
